Broken Bowl Workshop
Participants will be instructed by Gracemarie Fong Louis, ATR-BC, LCAT, and certified Broken Bowl facilitator. This two-week workshop guides group members in the practice of kintsugi, a Japanese technique using lacquer and gold pigment to repair broken ceramics. THE UNITY SHOW
24 artists were place in groups of 3 and created 8 different pieces of art to be displayed at the J2X Abstract Art Gallery for several weeks. This call for artists asks its participants to embody the theme of “unity” and will showcase artwork that is both a collaboration and a visual representation of solidarity.
